Call Center Customer Representative – Arabic
- Native Arabic speaker
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Fluent French or Turkish is a plus
- Minimum 1 year of work experience
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Team player, energetic and solution-focused
- Can work in an innovative and rapidly changing work environment
How do we work?
- Helping customers online, using chat system,
- Understanding customer's problems, needs and expectations as their first contact,
- Answering client's questions via phone about online shopping and supporting them (stock control, cargo tracking etc.)
